HR & Efficiency Knowledge Sharing Event
Presentations, output and valuable resources for driving efficiencies in HR
Creating Efficiencies Through Transformation Of Your HR Service: Seminar 23rd Feb. focusing on sharing best practice in HR services from local authorities striving to become more cost-effective and innovative in managing and developing HR as a function.
“The great potential for creating efficiencies within HR were explored with Local Authority HR managers from across the SW at the recent Knowledge Sharing Event - sponsored by JGP and supported by the IDeA, PPMA and the South West Centre For Excellence.
JGP would like to offer you some additional resources to support systematic analysis of business processes within HR. The Savings Efficiency Calculators support effective mapping and analysis of all business processes relating to recruitment and staff retention. They quickly enable you to identify where the greatest savings and better working practices can be achieved. This can then inform decisions to streamline and integrate business processes as part of on-line approaches to talent attraction and development.
We hope you find these tools useful as many of our customers have done. We invite you to complete these forecasts, and we will then contact you in due course for a follow up discussion concerning your findings.”
